What you will be doing:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Sales Director within our Customer Team in Derby.
In this role you will be responsible for understanding customer needs developing sales strategies positioning Rolls-Royce products and services developing campaign tactics pitching commercial solutions and negotiating complex and high value engine aftermarket proposals. This includes management of the internal sales process (the Sell Value Stream) which assists collaboration with many other parts of the Customer Team and Services organisation.
While Sales Directors report on functional lines into a Vice President Sales it is crucial that they also operate effectively and consistently as part of the Rolls-Royce multi-disciplinary account team assigned to manage the customer working closely with and taking direction from other customer account stakeholders.
