Job Summary

We are seeking a high-impact commercially minded Revenue Operations Business Partner to support our senior sales leaders across Europe and this role you will act as a trusted advisor and operational partner driving forecast accuracy enabling execution and helping our regional sales teams deliver on their goals.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with operational rigour. You will lead key processes such as forecast reviews and large deal governance while identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and productivity across the region.

You will work with a team of Analysts based in India to develop enforce and act upon the reporting and tracking needed to run the business.

You will be the point of contact for the European and APMEA Sales managers and will assist them with QBRs data analysis operational issues and systems and tooling needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management

    • Own and drive the weekly and monthly forecasting process in partnership with leaders to ensure accuracy and accountability.

    • Analyse pipeline health and conversion trends providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Deal Governance

    • Lead large deal reviews to support opportunity qualification value articulation and commercial strategy.

    • Partner with sales leadership on deal structuring approvals and navigating internal processes to drive velocity and win rates.

  • Business Partnering

    • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior European sales leaders providing business performance insights and challenging assumptions where necessary.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Enablement Marketing and Product to align regional strategy with company goals.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Identify areas to improve efficiency and scalability in sales operations processes.

    • Support annual planning processes including quota setting territory design and strategic initiatives.


Qualifications :

  • Skills & Experience:

    • 10 years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations Strategy or a similar business partnering role.

    • Proven experience supporting regional or global sales leaders in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in CRM (e.g. Salesforce) forecasting tools and Excel.

    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

    • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

    • Based in London and willing to travel occasionally.
