Legal Cashier
Northampton
25000 per annum
Hours 37.5 Monday Friday
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Cashier to join our clients team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in legal finance within a supportive and friendly environment.
Duties
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions including client accounts and office expenses.
- Processing invoices payments and reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Maintaining compliance with legal accounting procedures and regulations.
- Preparing reports for management as required.
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks.
The Candidate
- Ideally some experience as a Legal Cashier or working in legal finance.
- Familiarity with Quill Pinpoint Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Understanding of the duties of a Legal Cashier and the legal finance process.
- High level of accuracy attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
