Job Description

Were looking for an Oracle EBS Payroll Techno-Functional Architect to support EBS Payroll Absence and Core HR modules for UK public sector clients . Youll need expert knowledge of UK payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud guiding & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.

Your role

As an Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Architect youll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules specifically UK Payroll Pension and Absence for the UK public sector.

Youll need a deep understanding of all UK Payroll Pension and Absence processes backed by practical experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector. Youll also lead client engagements discussing integrations data migrations and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences from technical teams to senior management. Youll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM specifically focusing on Payroll Absence modules for UK clients.

• Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Payroll Pension and Absence processes.

• Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud particularly within the UK Public sector.

• Conduct System Integration Testing support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care

• Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulas and Payroll Batch Loader.

• Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations data migrations and reports related to Payroll OTL Absence and other relevant modules

Required

• Should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in implementation of Oracle EBS HCM for Absence OTL and Payroll modules for UK

• Candidate should be proficient in all the UK Payroll Pension and Absence Processes

• Hands-on experience in working on Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud for UK Public sector clients

• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulae Payroll batch loader.

• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teams

• Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.

• Preparation of Status reports with RAG highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log

Preferred

• Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.

• Should have excellent problem-solving skills

• Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5 team members

• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.
