As a Systems Engineer at Fortinet youll be a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners working closely with account teams to drive adoption of Fortinets industry-leading security solutions. Youll play a key role throughout the sales cycle from discovery and design to proof-of-concept and deployment helping customers solve complex security challenges with confidence.

What Youll Do

• Lead technical engagements across the sales lifecycle including discovery solution design presentations and PoCs
• Translate customer business and technical requirements into effective Fortinet solutions
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations architecture workshops and whiteboarding sessions
• Work cross-functionally with partners customers and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Maintain deep expertise across Fortinets portfolio industry trends and emerging threats
• Support RFI/RFP responses and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce
• Act as a technical mentor and knowledge resource for partners and colleagues

What Were Looking For

Were looking for technically skilled customer-focused professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex challenges. You may be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in a pre-sales engineering technical consulting or customer-facing technical role
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as Network Security SASE SD-WAN Zero Trust SOC Tools and Cloud
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners
• A desire to contribute to a high-performing and inclusive team
• Industry certifications (e.g. NSE CISSP CCNP) are a plus
