The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of School of Psychological Sciences the Indigenous Engagement and Projects Officer plays a pivotal role in creating change within the School of Psychological Sciences with an ultimate aim of strengthening access to social and emotional wellbeing services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People
As the successful candidate you will be responsible forthe design development communication and execution of student engagement events training and programs targeting Indigenous students. You will plan undertake and oversee project-related tasks to develop and implement Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander undergraduate and postgraduate student program to strengthen student recruitment engagement and success and ensure they are completed in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes
The appointee will have:
A degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or
extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
