Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies focused on commercial fit-out projects.
- Identify new market segments and client opportunities (corporate offices retail hospitality etc.).
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers architects consultants and corporate clients.
- Lead client meetings presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to create compelling proposals and quotations.
- Prepare and manage tender submissions and RFPs.
- Track and report on sales pipeline forecasts and performance metrics.
- Work closely with project managers designers and procurement teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales or Business Development capacity
- Experience in commercial fit out real estate or hospitality industry is strongly preferred
- Capable of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
