What Youll Do
Analysis & Insights: Develop in-depth understanding of the market buyers and sellers behavior to identify and prioritize pain points and validate new potential business opportunities.
Business Reviews: Support regular performance reviews with insights presentations and recommendations that guide business strategy and execution.
Own Projects End-to-End: Lead key initiatives from ideation to delivery creating clear plans tracking progress and ensuring results are achieved.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Product Sales Marketing and Ops to co-design solutions that drive growth and solve real challenges.
Influence Decisions: Enable accurate and efficient business decisions through clear and concise analysis (e.g. root cause analysis cost benefit analysis risk analysis and financial projections).
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis consulting or strategy.
Strong with numbers proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience in SQL or BI tools (Looker Studio) or AI tools is a plus.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical structured thinker with problem solving skills to drive outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and influencing decisions through storytelling with data.
Experience or interest in the automotive industry or digital marketplaces is a bonus.
