Key Responsibilities:
Implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy that supports Maersks business objectives and drives continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional indirect teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Define and maintain a continuous improvement framework and toolkit including process maps metrics and best practices that foster collaboration and best practice sharing aligned with global standards.
Foster & implement a culture of Performance Management that drives performance management objectives in line with global requirements.
Stakeholder direction setting and partnership with the Regional OpEx partners to frame the RACI Operating systems for effective collaboration and ways of working
Co-creating the right initiatives to support the productivity plans e.g. offshoring etc.
Co-ordinator of the Productivity & Efficiency leads to provide the direction lead without authority that shape adoption and implementation plans that accelerate the path to green.
Qualification & Skills required:
Change Management skills
Stakeholder management skills
LEAN/Similar certification is advantageous
Tech/Process transformation implementation experience
Communication & Influencing skills
Lead without authority.
Breadth of Business Product knowledge (on Landside services)
Foundational level of Safety & Resilience knowledge - e.g. metrics safety leadership behaviour etc.
Key success Criteria:
Safety is embedded as the first priority - Consistent adherence to safety protocols & procedures proactive reporting of incidents and near misses
Regional L&S operations metrics are being driven aligned with the most impactful business priorities enabled by the accuracy visibility and proactivity of data and insights enabled by this role
Improvement on Variable Unit Cost & productivity enabled by improved financial accuracy and predictive data
Business case value realisation of transformation investments & initiatives
