About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Controller to join our dynamic this role you will play a crucial part in supporting business decisions by providing insightful financial analysis and driving operational efficiency. You will be part of the management team report to the country manager and work closely with key stakeholders across various departments including sales and operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including variance analysis key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
Conducting in-depth financial analysis on key business drivers identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Preparing ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations to support business decisions.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Leading the annual budgeting process providing support and guidance to department managers.
Developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts including revenue cost and profitability projections.
Monitoring actual performance against budget and forecast identifying and communicating variances.
Business Partnering:
Building strong relationships with business leaders across departments to understand their business objectives and challenges.
Providing financial guidance and support to business units on key decisions such as pricing product launches and operational improvements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluating and improving existing financial processes and systems.
Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
About You
Preferably Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
3 years of experience in a Business Controller or Financial Analyst role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills (including pivot tables macros and data analysis tools).
Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software (e.g. Oracle SAP NetSuite) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong English skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
