What are we looking for
The SentinelOne Threat Services Advisor Team Lead must demonstrate a solid understanding of security and security analysis concepts and specifically the service playbooks and best practices and propose improvements as well as new playbooks and processes. The Team Lead is expected to be an escalation point for his direct reports on threats and escalations as well as provide training and guidance to less experienced analysts in their field of expertise.
What will you do
- Develop internal/external working relationships with their and other teams
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and serve as examples to direct reports and other team members
- Lead onboarding of new employees
- Ensuring new employees have all required access to perform their work
- Scheduling live sessions with SMEs and shadowing sessions
- Setting and monitoring measurable goals for onboarding
- Validate onboarding milestones and verify training modules are accomplished according to the service standard
- Attend and lead customer calls represent Vigilance MDR Team on escalation/sales calls when needed
- Have recurrent one-on-one meetings with their employee gather feedback and provide support to any matters brought up by direct report and escalate when needed
- The team lead is directly accountable for his teams performance
Astheteam lead you are expected to routinely monitor your teams performance on a team level and individually. Each employee and the team as a whole should have clear - measurable goals and KPIs; this should be presented routinely by you to your manager and Vigilance leadership - The team lead is expected to contribute to the team performance measurement process and KPIs
- Participate in the recruitment process of new employees who will become direct reports
- Build and maintain good relationships within Vigilance departments (MDR Watchtower DFIR) as well as with teams outside of Vigilance (ex:Product Management Support R&D)
What experience and knowledge should you bring
- 3 years of technical experience or less when related certifications and/or higher education diplomas exist.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience.
