We are currently seeking an experienced Cross-Product Delivery Lead to join our Cross-Product Delivery team as part of the Network Orchestration Services Product this role you will collaborate closely with other Product teams ensuring alignment with product strategies and standards and orchestrate project delivery across the organization.

The Cross Product Delivery Lead will be responsible for orchestrating and harmonizing delivery programs and respective processes across multiple network collaboration and observability products ensuring transparency and alignment across divisions. It also leads tactical planning for lifecycle and replacement strategies helping mitigate risks and support operational continuity.

The role drives digitalization of delivery workflows and reporting systems while establishing governance structures that support cross-product program efficiency and strategic alignment. Functional Responsibilities

  • Cross-Product Delivery Excellence

    • Design implement and continuously improve a standardized cross-product delivery framework (initiation planning execution acceptance transition) used across products and sites

    • Coordinate efforts across different product teams including Demand Management to ensure seamless collaboration resource allocation and smooth delivery

    • Tactical Planning and Execution of Lifecycle Management Program

    • Partner with finance on forecasting budget alignment and benefits realization tracking for LCM and refresh programs

  • Framework Establishment

    • Formalize frameworks roles and responsibilities for all key cross-product programs.

    • Define clear governance structures and decision-making processes to facilitate smooth project execution.

    • Take ownership of respective tooling / reporting and ensure its effective utilization to support project management activities.

  • Visibility and Transparency

    • Create and maintain a cross-product project planning and delivery view to provide full forward-looking visibility across products divisions and sites.

    • Establish mechanisms to track progress milestones and dependencies for all cross-product programs.

    • Partner with finance on forecasting budget alignment and benefits realization tracking for LCM and refresh programs

  • Digitalization

    • Lead end-to-end digitalization of cross-product delivery (intake prioritization dependency mapping scheduling risk/issue management) serving as Product/Business Owner for solutions and owning roadmap data standards and governance.

    • Actively participate in software development (define epics/user stories backlog refinement sprint ceremonies) and drive quality through hands-on testing UAT coordination and release readiness.

    • Define canonical data models and API integrations across CMDB/asset systems and vendor lifecycle portals; automate data ingestion and reporting to deliver single-source-of-truth dashboards

Professional Competencies:

  • Demonstrates the ability to lead end-to-end program across multiple regions in IT Infrastructure domain (network servers collaboration)

  • Demonstrates ability to align Product Demand Finance and Site Teams translate diverse requirements into executable plans; drive decisions and resolve conflicts through influence and clear communication

  • Demonstrates the ability to adjust program to accommodate sudden directions changes and avoid potential threats build and manage forecasts and budgets for infrastructure programs

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited educational institution OR equivalent corporate working experience

  • 10 years of experience in program delivery or portfolio management within network infrastructure collaboration or adjacent technology domains

  • Proven success leading cross-functional multi-site delivery with complex dependencies and vendor ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated expertise in lifecycle management of network devices (routers switches firewalls wireless voice/collab) and associated software/firmware.

  • Strong background in building and managing delivery frameworks governance models RACI and standardized reporting.

  • Hands-on experience with digitalization of delivery processes: workflow orchestration dashboards data integration application development and automation.

  • Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices change/incident/problem processes and CMDB/asset management and portfolio tools (JIRA ServiceNow BI tools)

  • Ability to lead and mentor full stack software developers
