Why this role
The purpose of the role is to take care of core 2 and core 3 maintenance and modernization customers by phone and ensure that we respond to their requirements and contact them proactively. The Sales specialist also supports maintenance and modernization sales persons creating and qualifying leads for them.
What will you be doing
Early proposal for conversion and renegotiations
Support sales person in generating early tender/proposals for conversions and renegotiations for Core 3 customers
Proactive creation and development of customer relationships
Responsible for making courtesy calls
Ensures successful conversions with existing and new maintenance customers
Conversion Renegotiation and LIS LIMBO follow up
Monitor the renegotiation trend and follow up with sales person on the opportunity and tender proposal
Monitor on the LIS LIMBO trend and follow up with sales person on the next actions
Follow up with sales person on overdue opportunities
Modernization leads generation and sales support
Supports sales team to generate and qualify new leads through market research enquiries and analysis of LIS opportunities
Supports sales person to follow up with customers on status of new and existing leads and opportunities and generate early tender/proposals
Can sell VB Repairs in campaigns
Follows up the modernization opportunities and works with sales manager on assignment to ensure clear accountability
Coordinates with CSE/supervisor/technicians for site surveys and support
Supports and escalate any customer issue to sales manager and other relevant parties satisfaction
Create basic information for new leads and opportunities in CRM
Ensures CRM data is updated timely and complete by sales persons.
Assist sales manager in sales reporting
