We are seeking a QA Specialist to join our team based in Singapore (Suntec Office) supporting Singapore Malaysia and the Regional Distribution Centre (RDC).
Reporting to the Senior QA Manager SEA this role plays a critical part in ensuring Quality Management System (QMS) compliance across affiliate and distribution operations supporting both commercial and supply chain functions within a dynamic dermatology-focused environment.
- Location: Singapore Suntec Office
- Hybrid model: Minimum 3 days onsite (including Thursday collaboration day mandatory; additional Monday or Friday)
- Monthly travel to warehouse
Key Responsibilities
- Process and report product complaints and deviations ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
- Support principal product release activities.
- Maintain and implement the local Quality Management System (QMS) including SOP updates in alignment with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Support vendor qualification and audit readiness activities including participation in health authority and internal audits.
- Coordinate product recalls secondary packaging review labelling compliance and GDPMDS certification activities as Deputy Management Representative (MR).
- Deliver QMS training and induction sessions for affiliate staff and ensure completion of required training via PATH Learning Management System.
- Monitor analyse and report Quality KPIs through Smart Cockpit to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in pharmacy or life sciences.
- Minimum 6 years of Quality Assurance experience within pharmaceutical biologics or medical device industries.
- Experience in both commercial affiliate and plant/manufacturing settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electronic Quality Systems).
- Experience supporting health authority audits; Lead Auditor certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across supply chain commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexible compliance-driven and able to operate effectively within fast-paced and diverse business groups (pharma and FMCG environments).
