Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedLearning and Content Program Managerto own andoptimizeour Learner and Content Management this role you will implement content governance frameworks lead cross-functional projects and drive platform adoption for our global Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. You will work closely with Sales Marketing Product and Operations stakeholders to ensure our enablement solutions are streamlined scalable and aligned with business priorities. Organize platform contentfor easy access and search.

Enforce content governancethrough regular audits and archiving.

Lead projectsfor onboarding certifications and proposals.

Align platform strategywith GTM goals and stakeholder needs.

Track adoption and engagement; share insights with leadership.

Automate workflows and templatesto boost efficiency.

Handle content requests and quality controlfor consistency.

Train and support userson platform best practices.

Drive feature adoption and integrationswith teams and vendors.

Maintain documentationand resolve complex user issues.

WhatYoullBring

Experience managing enablement platforms(Docebo& Seismic preferred)

Strong organizational analytical and communication skills

Strong project and program management skillsincluding the ability to oversee multiple projects set deadlines and coordinate stakeholders effectively

Forward-thinking mindsetwith a passion for enablement technology

Solid AI knowledgeand AI Engineering experience

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Familiarity with sales enablement and content governance best practices

The US base salary range for this position is $104000-$156000 base benefits. This reflects the minimum andmaximumtarget for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible forbonus incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges aredeterminedby role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will alsodeterminethe individual pay offered.
