Job Description
- 8 years of related program management experience
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects priorities and people concurrently in a fast-paced high-growth and results driven environment
- Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills has great attention to detail and a can-do and motivational presence
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- Prior experience in a strategy customer journey and/or Retail function
- Well versed in Retail and technology innovation with commitment to staying informed on evolving trends
- Exceptional communication storytelling and presentation skills
- Dedication to the delivery of unparalleled customer experience
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details
- MBA degree a plus
