What Were Looking For

2 years experience in paid media buying with proven results in lead gen (finance education healthcare legal etc.).
Strong track record with Meta TikTok and YouTube Ads.
Hands-on with CRMs (GHL HubSpot) and tools like Zapier.
Bonus points if youve got graphic design or video editing skills.

What Youll Do

Launch and manage high-performing campaigns across Facebook TikTok YouTube and beyond.
Build lead funnels with forms surveys and landing pages that actually convert.
Analyze and optimize performance with Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
Collaborate with creatives to craft scroll-stopping ads and conversion assets.
Track report and improve KPIs ROI and funnel performance.
