We are seeking a Media Buyer with strong expertise in app install campaigns and mobile user acquisition to drive high-quality registrations and first-time depositors across a group of fintech brands.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with gaming or fintech app marketing understands mobile attribution tools such as Appsflyer and can scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong ROI. The role requires excellent analytical skills high-level performance marketing knowledge and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Plan launch and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns for Android and iOS
Manage campaigns across Google Ads Meta TikTok programmatic DSPs and other channels
Implement and maintain tracking with Appsflyer and other mobile measurement partners (MMPs)
Conduct A/B testing on creatives placements and audiences to improve performance
Analyze campaign data and apply optimization strategies to maximize ROI
Collaborate with the design and automation teams to ensure alignment with CRM funnels
Scale budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability
Prepare performance reports and insights for management
Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying for mobile apps gaming or fintech
Strong expertise in user acquisition app install campaigns and mobile tracking
Proficiency with Appsflyer Firebase GA4 and attribution platforms
Advanced analytical and data-driven mindset
Proven ability to scale campaigns and manage large budgets
Strong communication and teamwork skills
