The Role: Social Media Strategist
This role focuses on building and delivering data-driven social media strategies that enhance brand visibility drive engagement and support business objectives. Youll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers content creators and marketers to craft campaigns that are creative effective and culturally relevant across platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy or a related role

Develop and implement platform-specific strategies aligned to campaign goals

Conduct in-depth audience industry and competitor research to inform decisions

Use social media management tools to schedule monitor and optimise content
-
Track key performance metrics (engagement reach CTR conversions) and translate data into insights
-
Collaborate with content and design teams to create on-brand visually compelling content
-
Maintain active community engagement through timely authentic interaction

Stay updated with evolving platform algorithms tools and trends
About You

2-3 years of experience in a social media digital marketing or agency environment

Strong understanding of major platforms (Meta TikTok X LinkedIn YouTube) and their audiences
-
Confident using analytics tools (Meta Insights Google Analytics etc.)

Skilled at turning data into actionable strategy
-
Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and visual storytelling
-
Highly organised proactive and collaborative
-
Experience in agency or fast-paced environments is a strong advantage
