Key Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting forecasting and the preparation of annual financial statements
- Maintain internal controls and manage the asset register
- Oversee payroll supplier payments and SARS submissions
- Reconcile accounts and compile monthly financial reports
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: BCom or equivalent (Honours is a bonus!)
- Experience: 5 years in accounting roles
- Skills: Xero CaseWare and Excel (SimplePay bonus points!)
- Strong knowledge of VAT and tax legislation
