Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate the coating and lining process in large manufacturing plant in heavy engineering environment ensuring efficient production operations.

DUTIES

Ensure the coating and lining manufacturing process meets the required customer specifications
Ensure effective and efficient process set up of coating and lining operations
Formulate implement inspect document and monitor systems for operational effectiveness
Installation of process improvements
Problem solving
Monitor waste control
Ensure compliance to Health & Safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification in Chemical/Polymer Science
Minimum of 5 years experience a manufacturing/engineering environment with anti-corrosive application and specifications
Knowledge of FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) cohesive coating and HDE coating application and specifications
NACE corrosion / SAIW coating certification
Must be willing to work shifts
