We are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Income Tax Accountant in Irving TX.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate corporate income tax return compliance.
- Prepare corporate tax income workpapers identify book to tax differences and tax opportunities.
- Work with outside providers on quarterly estimates extension and income tax provision.
- Research corporate income tax opportunities and share findings with Department.
- Assist on implementation and execution of corporate tax incentives including working with different internal groups/department to ensure proper implementation.
- Research implications of tax law changes on the corporate structure and build tax scenarios.
- Timely preparation of joint venture tax returns and distribution to appropriate outside/internal parties.
- Collaborates with outside tax consultants on special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting required. CPA is preferred
- 4 years of income tax experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience required
