Responsibilities
As Bid Manager at Intelic you will be pivotal in driving our international growth by securing key defense and innovation programs. You will manage the full bid lifecycle from identifying opportunities to delivering high impact winning proposals. Working closely with engineering finance and strategy teams you will professionalize and scale our approach to tendering and ensure we remain competitive on a global stage.
In practice this means:
Lead the coordination preparation and submission of tenders grants and proposals (EDF NATO MOD etc.)
Translate technical and strategic input into compelling structured and compliant bid documents
Develop and maintain scalable processes and tools for efficient bid management
Monitor and manage deadlines compliance requirements and proposal quality
Build and maintain relationships with consortium partners and key stakeholders
Support strategic alignment of bid activities with Intelics long-term roadmap
What You Will Bring
You are a strong communicator with a structured and analytical mindset. You excel at managing complex projects with many moving parts keeping timelines on track while aligning input from technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have a sharp eye for detail a talent for writing clear and persuasive content and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Whether coordinating input from multiple teams or ensuring compliance with strict requirements you bring clarity ownership and follow-through. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced high-stakes environment and are motivated by the impact your work has on real-world outcomes.
This includes:
Excellent command of English both written and spoken with additional languages (e.g. German French) a plus
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
Skilled in writing and structuring complex proposals including technical and financial content
High attention to detail especially in formatting and compliance with procurement requirements
Familiarity with EDF NATO MOD or EU tendering frameworks is plus
Experience in defense aerospace or deeptech or strong motivation to develop sector-specific expertise
