What Youll Do
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Drive volume gross and customer satisfaction performance.
- Manage sales processes desking and deal structure to maximize results.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth operations.
