Job Description

Computer Systems Engineer at Ajax Systems is responsible for managing maintaining and optimizing the organizations information systems computer hardware and services.
Required knowledge and skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian is required.
- Operating system administration: Knowledge and experience working with different operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux as well as the ability to configure update and manage them.
- Knowledge of network protocols and services: Understanding the principles of network protocols such as TCP/IP DNS DHCP HTTP FTP and experience in configuring and supporting network services.
- Monitoring and diagnostics: Ability to use monitoring and analysis systems to detect anomalies and troubleshoot issues within the infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cloud service architecture: Understanding concepts and components of cloud services such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Computer hardware maintenance: Methods and rules for operation repair configuration diagnostics and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
- Information security: Knowledge of principles and methods of information protection including antivirus software firewalls authentication systems and access management.
- At least Intermediate English level.
Responsibilities
- User support: Providing technical assistance to users including resolving their requests and issues.
- Implementation of new technologies: Introducing and updating new technologies and solutions that improve the productivity and efficiency of information systems.
- Collaboration with other departments: Cooperating with other departments and teams to ensure best practices in IT and to address shared tasks and projects.
- System monitoring and diagnostics: Overseeing system performance identifying and resolving issues and using monitoring tools to detect anomalies.
