Your Role Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for all facets of customer service for the assigned region ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Job Description:
- Oversee the customer service team the central processing of orders and coordinate customer service efforts.
- Direct the activities of all customer service representatives for respective branches with an emphasis on growing sales and net profits while continuously improving service and safety performance to meet Brenntag Pacifics customer needs.
- Work closely with Customer Service teams across operating companies ensuring proper synergies streamlining communication and processes and focusing on programs and initiatives.
- Create and implement ideas for process improvement to increase business efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the onboarding of customers to the central ordering platform.
- Ensure optimum performance in customer satisfaction and order accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as liaison with other departments to address and resolve internal and external customer and sales issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and enhance customer relationships in order to support the development and execution of growth strategies.
- Create a positive and professional environment while building a high performing team.
- Ensure that all reporting personnel have received the training necessary to safely and successfully perform their job.
- Observe follow and enforce all Brenntag Pacific Policies and Procedures.
- Represent Brenntag Pacific in a professional manner.
- Attend all required training when scheduled unless absent from work.
Your Profile
Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and a minimum of five years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Chemical industry experience is preferred.
