Job Description
Surveyor Land Development Cromwell
The Company
Our client is a highly respected land development consultancy well-established across the South Island and known for delivering quality innovative projects. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence they are now seeking a talented Surveyor to join their Cromwell-based team.
The Role
As a Surveyor you will be involved in a wide range of land development projects from small-scale subdivisions through to larger developments. Youll work closely with planners engineers and clients to deliver accurate and efficient survey outcomes that contribute to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fieldwork and office-based surveying across land development projects
- Subdivision and cadastral surveys topographic surveys and set-out
- Preparation and lodgement of survey datasets in Land online
- Collaboration with project teams and clients to ensure project success
- Ensuring quality standards and compliance with relevant legislation
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant surveying qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- Experience in land development surveying - 3 years minimum
- Proficiency (or familiarity) with software such as 12d Civil 3D and Landonline ideal but not essential
- Strong technical and communication skills
- A collaborative solution-focused approach
