Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Polyglot Developer with strong experience in Java and Python to work on a customer onboarding application for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable secure microservices implementing onboarding workflows and integrating AI-powered features using OpenAI prompts and APIs.
3 years of full-stack or backend development experience.
Proficiency in both Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask/FastAPI).
Hands-on experience with REST APIs microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Experience working with OpenAI or other LLM APIs to build intelligent features.
Good understanding of banking onboarding workflows (e.g. KYC document verification risk profiling).
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB).
Familiarity with CI/CD Docker Git and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
