At Moxy Rapperswil tons of exciting tasks are waiting for you! Our crew members are natural all-rounders YOU as a MOXY are the first point of contact for our guests at the reception and youll be mixing FUN drinks at the bar to wow them.

CREW MEMBERS ARE NATURALLY SPIRITED

Basic skills like hospitality and a foundation in the hotel industry are important to us. But were looking for a little more!

You have an interest in style and design. With your local knowledge you can really make a difference for our guests.

Your tasks include:

Check-in and check-out of our guests

Responsible for managing the cash register

Compiling statistics

Handling and processing reservation requests

Independently and confidently handling all administrative tasks at the front office

Setting up the breakfast buffet in the HUB

Preparing fancy drinks and simple but tasty snacks while following hygiene guidelines

Mise en place is not a foreign term to you

Keep it clean & have FUN

Ordering goods checking deliveries and presenting them nicely

What we require:

You enjoy learning at a fast pace and see training as an opportunity; new trends excite you

You find it easy to chat with international guests in English and German (French and other languages would be AWESOME)

OPERA GXP MARSHA and other Marriott programs knowledge is a plus but not a must

MS Office skills are an advantage

You work in an efficient organised and solution oriented way

You enjoy working in a young & dynamic team

Experience in F&B skills like service bartending and preparing snacks are an advantage

Openness to creativity and new ideas; opportunities for growth and development inside hospitality
