Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fraud Activity Agent to join Back Market in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English and will play a key role in detecting investigating and preventing fraudulent activity to protect both the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze transactions to detect potential fraud.
Investigate suspicious activities and escalate cases as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen fraud prevention processes.
Communicate with customers to verify transactions and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records and provide reports on fraud trends.

Qualifications:

Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in fraud detection risk management or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.
