Job Summary
Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Admissions Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for families exploring home care services. This role is responsible for managing all incoming inquiries qualifying prospects and guiding families through funding options. The Admissions Specialist will be working closely with marketers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has experience in admissions healthcare or customer service and is passionate about helping families navigate care and funding pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to all incoming calls emails and inquiries from prospective clients and referral sources.
Complete intake forms documenting client needs location and funding sources.
Guide families through services offered sign-up process and determine funding eligibility.
- Communicate and collaborate with the marketing team and other relevant departments to ensure all prospects receive timely and appropriate follow-up after intake
Track and update lead progress in the CRM system ensuring accuracy in reporting.
Deliver weekly lead status updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with the marketing team in regular huddles.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in admissions healthcare sales customer service or related field.
Knowledge of funding sources CLTC DDSN and VA programs preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes to families.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Background in healthcare case management or social services preferred.
Schedule
Primarily MondayFriday with occasional flexibility to support Marketing team as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Full Time Exempt salaried position not eligible for overtime compensation.
