METER Group is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant that will be the first face of METER visitors see when they come into the building. The Admin Assistant also provides general office support. These duties may include but are not limited to answering and directing incoming phone calls assisting with sales processes and documents performing records management assisting the Finance team preparing reports and handling confidential documents. The right candidate will possess strong organizational skills professionalism attention to detail and an ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are necessary for success in this position. This role works from our Pullman WA office. For informational purposes the entire pay range for this role is $20.56 -$26.05. However we expect to make an offer somewhere between $20.56 and $23.30. Please keep this in mind when applying for this role. We are open to reviewing candidates with more or less experience; the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our offer will be based on job-related factors such as candidate experience training knowledge and skills. - Proficient in computer systems and software including Microsoft Office; proven ability to learn new systems.

- Answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate associate or department.
- Order Processing (Credit Cards & Purchase Orders).
- Manage Info/Sales Inbox. (Organizing Forwarding & Tagging)
- Warmly greet and professionally direct visitors to ensure a more positive and welcoming visit.
- Properly maintain visitor tracking using the sign-in/sign-out log and ensure visitors wear badges while on the company premises
- Receive sort and distribute incoming corporate mail and faxes to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Provide support with photocopying scanning saving and emailing documents faxing filing and collating as needed.
- Plan and coordinate Sales travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist Facilities with company vehicle maintenance vehicle registration and insurance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all departments and METER Group customers through various responsibilities.
- Maintain current Notary certification (certification paid by METER Group) for company benefit.
- Resolve customer order issues to the satisfaction of both customer and company.
- Prioritize individual/team workload to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
- Accept and perform other assignments as proficiencies are gained.
- Other potential responsibilities may be added as we outline new processes.
Work environment Typical office environment with computer workstation. Physical requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds over short distances as needed. Sitting for extended periods of time bending twisting and other movements consistent with office environments.
