Job Summary

Level 2 Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities: -Systems administrator responsible for tracking changes and additions to the web help desk ticketing system-Assists with portal and queue calls throughout the day for level two support not able to be completed by Level 1 analysts-Responsible for shipping and disposal of end of life assets to the warehouse-Password and access request for new hire email and initial setups-PC refresh tracking and implementation-HQ Communications/AV assistance in multiple conf rooms-Customer Support for both internal and external Customers.-Knowledge of Google Microsoft Adobe systems. Required Skills:2 years of IT Experience as a Service Desk AnalystAt least an associates degree (If not mentioned on Resume it will be rejected) Preferred Skills:Ticketing experienceGoogle Suite/Google Workspace ExperienceMicrosoft office suite experienceAdobe ExperienceEnd of life (EOL) assets (IT asset management)
