Banyan Search is partnering with a rapidly growing company to find an Accounts Receivable Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the Accounts Receivable team streamline processes and drive cash flow efficiency in a fast-moving dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team ensuring accurate invoicing collections and cash applications
- Develop and implement policies procedures and controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Monitor and manage credit exposure AR aging and collections with a focus on improving working capital
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on AR performance outstanding balances and credit risk
- Train mentor and manage staff setting clear performance goals and ensuring team development
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field preferred
- 7 years of experience in accounts receivable billing or accounting with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proficiency with accounting software Accounts Receivable functions and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of credit management collections and AR aging analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
