Job Summary

Banyan Search is partnering with a rapidly growing company to find an Accounts Receivable Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the Accounts Receivable team streamline processes and drive cash flow efficiency in a fast-moving dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team ensuring accurate invoicing collections and cash applications
Develop and implement policies procedures and controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
Monitor and manage credit exposure AR aging and collections with a focus on improving working capital
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on AR performance outstanding balances and credit risk
Train mentor and manage staff setting clear performance goals and ensuring team development

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field preferred
7 years of experience in accounts receivable billing or accounting with at least 3 years in a management role
Proficiency with accounting software Accounts Receivable functions and advanced MS Excel skills
Strong knowledge of credit management collections and AR aging analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
