You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) is seeking a Grant Program Administrator to support the Virginia Talent & Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP) program an innovative initiative to dramatically expand paid internship opportunities for higher education students across the Commonwealth. The Grant Program Administrator will be part of a mission-driven team working to strengthen Virginias economy and workforce.
This role is primarily responsible for reviewing and approving grant program applications reviewing and processing requests for reimbursements from Virginia businesses and collaborating with team members to advise on grant program addition to these responsibilities this position helps the V-TOP team maintain and leverage data in Salesforce and other technology platforms supports program events and oversees the webinars required for the matching grant program.
This position is part of VEDPs Talent and Workforce Strategy team which is collaborating with other divisions at VEDP and external stakeholders to position Virginia as the Top State for Talent. VEDP offers a collaborative environment meaningful work and the opportunity to shape the future of talent development in the Commonwealth.

This position is based in VEDPs Richmond Office three days each week with the option to telework two days each week according to VEDPs hybrid work policy. This position requires occasional in-state travel. A valid Virginia drivers license is required.
