The Distribution and Network Lead drives the propagation of net requirements upstream in the value stream and / or propagation of constrained plans downstream through conversion & distribution supply chain nodes. Creates networks RCCP and MPS and reviews multiple-site constraints to balance E2E Demand and Supply. Reviews distribution forecast creating plan receipts and handles inventory transfers and facilitates movement of inventory between nodes in the supply chain (distribution centers). Also completes regional deployment plans from one or more locations to affiliate customers.

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines this position:
Recognizes areas for improvement in inventory management policies standards guidelines technology and procedures.
Identifies segmentation business strategies/methods by setting up the supply chain in different ways (e.g. varying lead times altering safety stock etc.) in order to improve efficiency.
Supports Regional and/or Global inventory initiatives related to Inventory Entitlement Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) Inventory Replenishment Policies Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) Prevention/Reduction Inventory Projections/Reporting/critical metrics Inventory Management & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Integration Improving Master Data for Inventory Management initiatives Continuous Improvement of Inventory Management Capability and Inventory Optimization Projects including supervising.
Enhances IBP processes by supplying inventory management input as applicable.
Stays current in the Inventory Management and broader Supply Chain Planning space by completing the recommended trainings & development assignments.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Contributes to the Inventory Planning department as an established and productive individual contributor who works under moderate supervision.
Helps implement projects programs and processes in support of the organizations overall supply chain planning strategy.
Applies practical knowledge of the inventory planning field to administer best of class policies procedures and plans for the area.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree is required. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Materials Management or sciences with Major in Engineering is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 2 years of supply chain experience in the medical device consumer or pharmaceutical.
Hands on working experience with inventory / planning/order management / MRP systems / financials.
Cross-Functional Experience within JJSC. Cross-Sector Exposure/ Experience.
Ability to apply project and personal leadership to optimally achieve project team and individual goals.
Ability to share knowledge and personal experience with peers. Mentor others when appropriate.
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships considering different perspectives and styles.
Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience and make presentations to a small to medium sized audience.
Ability to challenge the status quo and evaluate processes
Ability to work with multiple scenarios identify costs/benefit trade-offs
Proficient in MS office programs: Word Excel Power Point Project Planning E-mail Flow Charts and management of database tools.

Preferred:
Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP)
Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications
Process Excellence & CPIM (Certified in Production & Inventory Management / IBF) Certifications.
Knowledge of statistics machine learning data mining and predictive analytics.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$77000-$124200Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
