Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based Role

Were looking for a School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our partner school district and help shape inclusive student-centered learning environments.
In this role youll conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and use data-driven insights to refine supports. Youll collaborate closely with teachers paraprofessionals administrators and families to build systems that align behavioral growth with academic goals. Your work will go beyond individual student needsyoull also influence school-wide practices offering coaching and professional development that empowers educators to apply evidence-based behavioral strategies in the classroom.

Requirements
- Experience working in school or educational settings (preferred).
- Strong communication collaboration and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- A passion for supporting students and building stronger learning communities.
- Active BCBA certification and Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related field.
