The Role

As Growth Manager youll be at the heart of our growth engine working with the Head of Growth and the wider team to:

  • Manage a pipeline of prospects identifying right-fit clients nurturing relationships and converting opportunities.
  • Own lead generation for our Governance Risk & Compliance service line working directly with the Managing Director to meet revenue targets.
  • Balance inbound and outbound activity from responding to warm enquiries to engaging prospects through targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute go-to-market campaigns.
  • Ensure disciplined CRM management accurate pipeline reporting and data-driven forecasting.
  • Represent Source at external events and networking opportunities building relationships that matter.
  • Spot opportunities to connect Group clients with Source services and ensure a seamless client journey.

This role blends sales enablement business development and data-driven pipeline management all with the goal of connecting clients with the solutions they really need.
