The Role:
Were seeking an accomplished Parts Manager to lead our department with innovation and precision. The ideal candidate will excel in operations leadership and customer relations in our picturesque mountain setting.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead & Inspire a hard-working parts team toward ambitious goals
Drive Operations across all aspects of the parts department
Optimize & Control parts inventory in accordance with dealership and Porsche guidelines
Master the Customer Experience with Porsches legendary Guest Experience standards
Manage & Grow wholesale relationships
Develop & Coach team members to achieve their full potential
Partner & Collaborate with all departments in the dealership
What Were Looking For:
5 years of luxury automotive parts management experience
Parts guru who is proficient using inventory management systems and brings excellent analytical skills with problem-solving abilities
Porsche experience is strongly preferred (you know why Porsche is special!)
4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Leadership DNA with proven ability to motivate and develop teams
Process-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skill
