Job Summary

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Shift Manager for Warehouse Operations to oversee and lead daily operations during the day shift. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management and will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.

**Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work a 5-day week schedule during day shifts
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities during the designated shift
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all warehouse equipment and tools
- Train mentor and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor levels of supplies
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency
- Resolve any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely manner

**Salary:**
Competitive annual salary of $80000 - $85000 DOE
