Position Overview

Were hiring an experienced Structural Welder for a fabrication shop in West Tulsa. This Structural Welder role requires strong MIG and Flux Core skills the ability to work independently and a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Perform 3G MIG/Flux Core welding on structural steel components
Read and interpret blueprints weld symbols and fabrication drawings
Work independently with minimal supervision
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality accuracy and structural integrity
Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and shop guidelines

Requirements

Must pass a 3G MIG/Flux welding test
2 years of structural welding experience preferred
Strong understanding of fabrication processes and welding standards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent quality welds
