Job Summary
Responsibilities / Tasks
- He/She covers the service execution (field service).
- He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country service execution.
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service levels and execution.
- Delivery of top-quality service execution.
- First point of customer contact for service execution.
- Execute and support installation supervision commissioning maintenance and Training at site.
- Execute maintenance works planned service and breakdown service.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering as a standard and good knowledge of market dynamics in the Country.
- Profound experience in industrial engineering organization(s).
- Proven (minimum 5 yr) service and service operations experience.
- Experience in having remote teams/team leaders.
- Familiarity with the setup of GEA and the local market requirements of various customer groups.
