About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Anaesthetics and PACU team. In this pivotal leadership role you will be responsible for maintaining clinical standards driving staff performance managing resources and achieving positive patient outcomes within the perioperative environment.
As Nurse Unit Manager you will work closely with the Assistant Director of Clinical Services and collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe efficient and high-quality surgical care. You will act as a clinical and professional resource guiding decision-making mentoring staff and fostering a culture of service excellence.

Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $65.84 - $71.24 superannuation based on relevant experience and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD NUM/MUM level 1 4).
