We are looking for a motivated French-Speaking Customer Service Technician to join our clients team in this role you will provide high-quality customer and technical support ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customers receive an excellent service experience.

Qualifications

Fluent in French (written and spoken).
Good level of English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
