Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer with 10 years in the field and looking for a new rewarding opportunity in a well-established forward-thinking firm
Im currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected legal practice based in Poynton that is offering not just a competitive package but a truly refreshing workplace experience.

This is a permanent full-time role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a professional collaborative office environment and wants to be part of a close-knit high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion

• Handling sales purchases re-mortgages transfers of equity and leasehold matters

• Maintaining high levels of client care and communication

• Liaising with clients estate agents solicitors lenders and other third parties

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in residential conveyancing

• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of freehold and leasehold conveyancing

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive client-first mindset

• Comfortable working in a fully office-based role

Salary & Benefits:

• 50000 basic salary

• Up to 8000 per year in performance-related bonuses

• No weekends no overtime just solid weekday hours (9am to 5:30pm)
