The Role
As anArchitect you will:
- Assist on full life-cycle architectural projects from concept through construction.
- Drive creative solutions for complex high-end Residential projects.
- Collaborate with a skilled friendly team of architects heritage consultants and designers.
- Generate innovative design solutions within project parameters.
- Translate design concepts into compelling images and documents.
- Develop detailed construction documents and support contract administration.
- Coordinate with consultants across disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Contribute to project deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.
What Were Looking For
- RIBA Chartered Architectstatus.
- Minimum2 years post-qualification experiencewithin the UK architectural industry.
- Strong background inhigh-end private residential projects ideally with Conservation focus.
- Technical competence and provensite experience.
- Experience leading teams and managing project finances.
- Proficiency inRevit BIM and AutoCADsoftware.
- Strong understanding ofUK Building and Planning Regulations.
