We are seeking a Security Foreman to support a high-value security integration project in Santa Clara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming platforms such as Software House and Genetec with proven leadership experience overseeing crews of 10 technicians. This role is less focused on wearing the tools and more on guiding mentoring and coordinating field labor while serving as the right hand to the Project Manager. Candidates should be detail-oriented highly dependable and able to maintain clear communication with both field teams and management.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as site lead overseeing daily activities of up to 13 technicians.
- Manage and mentor crews ensuring installation troubleshooting and programming tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Program and configure Software House and Genetec platforms.
- Oversee tracing and verifying lines to cameras IDF and MDF rooms.
- Support daily project reporting and coordinate closely with the Project Manager.
- Ensure safety standards are met and contribute to daily safety meetings.
- Maintain a professional jobsite presence coordinating labor materials and field execution.
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive security integration experience including crew leadership.
- Proven expertise with Software House and Genetec platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of access control video surveillance and structured cabling systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to problem-solve under pressure.
- Valid U.S. drivers license and clean record.
- Must hold an OSHA 10.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening.

- Pay range: $50 - $65/hour depending on experience
