Job Summary

They are recognized for their personable customer service innovative designs and high standard service. They are currently seeking a Landscape Operations Manager for their Seattle Market.

Responsibilities:

Oversee services for landscape irrigation maintenance and enhancements
Manage multiple crews ensuring quality work is delivered on time and within budget
Focus on client communication crew coordination and service delivery
Lead plan and work cross-functionally with production teams
Identify opportunities for operational growth and efficiency

Qualifications:

Experience with P&L management
Proven track record of identifying efficiencies and growth opportunities
Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional work
Landscape experience is a plus but not necessary
Ability to present strategies for increasing profitability and efficiency
