This position providesadministrative and operational support to the Director Office of ClinicianServices by coordinating the day-to-day activities of the department.
AssistEMS Training Specialists and Managers with processing certification licensureand renewal for ALS BLS and EMD in a timely manner.
Handlephone calls from clinicians dealing with questions regarding licensing;renewal reciprocity reinstatement extension change of information etc.
Overseecustomer service management of the office secretaries to include; customerservice training oversight and create a weekly and monthly compliance reportcomplaint log and data for the Director.
OverseeKACE tickets and create a weekly and monthly QA/QI report to include compliancerating Report for all OCS team members for the Director.
Scheduleand administer in house examinations and assist with off-site examinationadministration at regional offices.
CompileALS BLS and EMD Data for the Director and MIEMSS leadership.
Assistin the tracking and administration of the ALS and EMD grant programs.
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Four years of administrative staff or professional work.

1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year up to four years of the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
3. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Masters degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
4. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer involving staff work related to the administration of rules regulations policy procedures and processes or overseeing or coordinating unit operations or functioning as a staff assistant to a higher ranking commissioned officer on a year-for- year basis for the required experience.

-Two years ofprofessional experience using Microsoft Excel functions or formulas in spreadsheets
