Community Health System is hiring a Full-Time Nights Labor & Delivery Charge Nurse (RN) for our Clovis Community Medical Center in Clovis CA. Were offering up to $15000 in sign-on bonuses and up to a $15000 in relocation bonuses to qualified candidates!

Responsibilities
As Charge Nurse in the Labor & Delivery department at Clovis Community your role is to act as primary liaison for the care team with physicians patients families and all members of the assigned care team. Each shift the oversight of patient safety quality and regulatory activities flows through you and youre the one responsible for coordinating patient flow and staff assignments. Its a tall order and youre ready to achieve those heights in your career. Youll join a close-knit team within a 16-bed unit known for its welcoming and supportive environment. Here youll provide patient-centered care to a range of acuity levels from low-risk deliveries to high-risk pregnancy care all within an environment that allows you to connect with patients and families. Youll have the opportunity to join a collaborative and compassionate team that supports each other and values every members contributions.
Qualifications
You bring both skill and heart to every shift creating a reassuring presence for patients and this role youll draw on your clinical expertise and personalized approach to guide families through lifes most meaningful moments with confidence and care.
Required
- Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association required
- Minimum of two years of labor & delivery nursing experience
- Minimum of six months Relief Charge RN (or a team leadership role)
Preferred
- Graduate of approved nursing program required Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
